3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. 3.3 tg7 is required by applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification before processing withdrawal requests. KYC may require submission of one or more of the following:
3.4 tg7 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an account at any stage of the KYC process if submitted documentation is insufficient, inconsistent, or suspected to be fraudulent.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tg7 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

5.1 tg7 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and UnionBank Online Banking. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at tg7's discretion.
5.2 All deposits are denominated and settled in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day, as displayed at the time of deposit.
5.3 Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. tg7 prohibits deposits from third-party accounts. If tg7 determines that a deposit was funded by a third party, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
5.4 tg7 does not accept cash deposits, money orders, prepaid cards issued to unnamed holders, or cryptocurrency payments. All funds deposited into a tg7 account must be traceable to a verifiable financial identity.

6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose accounts have completed the tg7 KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but will not have withdrawal access until identity verification is completed.
6.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the tg7 account. tg7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in different names, or any payment method not previously used for deposit verification purposes.
6.3 Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours from the time the request is approved by tg7's operations team. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking day.
6.4 tg7 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for the purpose of completing security checks, fraud detection, or AML compliance reviews. Any such delay will be communicated to the Player's registered email address or mobile number.
6.5 tg7 reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal and return funds to a Player's account balance if the requested withdrawal is found to be associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
7.1 tg7 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes (collectively, "Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific Terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each offer.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tg7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

12.2 Upon permanent account closure for breach of Terms, tg7 may, at its sole discretion, withhold some or all of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Funds determined to be proceeds of prohibited conduct shall not be returned.
12.3 A Player may voluntarily close their tg7 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses.
13.1 The tg7 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tg7 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
13.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tg7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the tg7 platform — including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to platform errors, service interruptions, network failures, third-party payment delays, or data loss.
13.3 tg7's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to tg7 in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to liability.
13.4 Nothing in this Section shall limit tg7's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tg7 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.3 If you believe a game outcome or account action was handled incorrectly, you may submit a formal dispute to tg7 customer support within thirty (30) days of the relevant incident. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.
15.1 tg7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material amendments are made, tg7 will provide notice to all registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory obligation.
15.2 The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the tg7 platform and contact support to initiate account closure before the effective date of the amendment.
15.3 Continued use of the tg7 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety.
